With you having full control over decisions, we will guide you, using our best advice, and offer solutions based on your wedding brief. We work with only the best industry professionals. We take care of every aspect of your day, from sourcing and booking your perfect venue, photographer and celebrant and other vendors.
We assist with budget management, invitations, RSVP management, floorplan, styling advice, seating plan assistance, day of timeline, ceremony assistance, communication with vendors, complete on the day coordination + more. We will also schedule all of your vendor meetings and tag along to ensure we are on the same page. You will have unlimited contact and unlimited site visits available to you. This offering is over 200 planning hours.
This comprehensive package will ensure you can savour the wedding planning process and your engagement. This offering removes all of the pressure and ensures the process is pleasurable and enjoyable. We will be your supportive confidant, your problem solver, your etiquette advisor. This exciting package usually commences the moment you say YES!
// PARTIAL PLANNING & ON DAY COORDINATION
Partial Planning is designed for you at the 6 month mark, and the perfect solution for couples who want to plan their own wedding but need some assistance to pull it all together and coordinate the plans on the day. We will guide you through the last parts of planning and be there on the day to ensure your day is a beautiful experience for you and your guests. We can help source any last minute suppliers, create a 10-12 page detailed event order, communicate with your vendors, fill in the missing gaps, assist you with the floor plan, attend your ceremony rehearsal, manage your ceremony (and more) and be there on the day to execute the detailed plans. You will have unlimited contact during the lead up to your day.
The On Day Coordination package is offered at the 12 week mark.

We are crazy passionate about creating and designing bespoke events and weddings that are unique and memorable.
We can source, and curate perfect styling pieces to transform a space and tell your individual story or bring a product to life. Our pieces are sourced from all over Tasmania and Victoria and you are able to select the florist that you love! All the events and weddings we style are meticulously planned to the highest quality which ensures they are stress-free and guaranteed to impress.
We offer styling packages for a seated style wedding- Venue styling, Bare Bones venue styling, Marquee wedding styling & Lighting Installations for indoors and outdoors. A styling package can be tailored to meet your needs; we like to call it made to measure. Smaller intimate weddings & elopements and cocktail weddings from 10-60 guests can be tailored and quoted to your needs. We would love to meet and discuss your ideas.

Artaud & Co and Events By Kate (Victoria) are teaming up to bring to you- The Pavilion Marquees! Luxurious wooden marquees that can be hired for weddings, events, private venues or corporate functions throughout Tasmania.
Kate has worked closely with Pavilion Marquee founders, John and Victoria Manning, to create, 'Oskar' and 'Magnolia'. The teams are joining forces to bring something very unique and special to the events industry.
'Oskar' Scandinavian inspired is a Natural Timber Pavilion with Black Accents.
'Magnolia' is a Modern Luxe White Timber Pavilion with Brass Accents.
Both Pavilions can be styled to create a luxurious and elegant space using different design elements giving your event that extra 'wow' factor. Whether you choose to enhance the pavilions with floral installations or go for a more simplistic styling approach the wooden features will be sure to impress.
The Pavilions can be installed as an open-air structure or with a waterproof white or clear roof with roll down side curtains offering protection from all weather conditions.
**The Pavilions are engineer certified demountable structures, wind rated and the roof is fire rated, all to council and Australian Standards. **

Wedding consulting sessions are a perfect planning tool for the DIY bride that needs some guidance and advice on how to plan, manage and style their wedding.
A general consultation may be required to ask any questions or discuss any hurdles you may be facing. This may be advice on how to pick the right venue, where can you find the best vendors in Tasmania or budget advice. We have some incredible venues to present to you that either don’t advertise, or are hard to find on a search engine, plus new exciting venues in the works!
We offer a 5 hour session, and up to a 40 hour session if you are in the very initial stages of your plans. This can be very beneficial at the beginning, and towards the end of your planning, can save you hours of research and give you some great inspiration!
