If an elopement is a little too low-key for you, but a full-scale traditional wedding doesn’t appeal to you either, an intimate wedding might be just right for you.
Typically for 15 - 30 guests, an intimate wedding is the sweet-spot for a relaxed, garden-party atmosphere with your closest friends and family while still remaining intimate and personal. Smaller guest numbers means you’re also spoiled for choice with venues, with a lot more properties to choose from across Tasmania that can comfortably accommodate your guests.

Your intimate wedding can be as luxurious as you’d like, and because you’re limiting your guest list to a select few of your nearest and dearest, your dream wedding is sure to be within your reach.
Just like elopements, smaller doesn’t necessarily mean simpler! That’s where we come in, Artaud & Co will take away the stress of planning and styling your intimate wedding so you can get back to enjoying your engagement. We’ll work with you from start to finish to create a truly bespoke experience.

We’ll assist you in selecting your venue and your team of vendors and suppliers, and provide you with the tools to plan and manage your budget throughout. We can also provide our styling expertise to bring the absolute best out of your wedding experience, and on-the-day coordination so you can sit back and enjoy your day.
Apart from the venues listed on our website, we have a more extensive list of locations on offer for our small weddings- enquire within. As a guide, a budget range for your intimate wedding (pending the inclusions) can be from $25k-$40k+

A wedding planner is the ultimate support for one of the biggest days of your life. We allow you to enjoy the lead-up to, and the day of your wedding or elopement by alleviating the stress and logistical challenges of organising such a large event. We curate the best team and ensure it runs like clockwork on the day.

Such a momentous day deserves to look the part! If this is the only time you get married, why not make it memorable? Much like our planning services, we take all the stress out of the equation and bring together the best creative team to deliver the most beautiful day you could ever dream of.

We offer 5, 10 and 20 hour partial planning sessions. We also have a standalone wedding coordination service that we can provide as well. Peak weekends do incur a minimum spend though, so check with us first.

To provide the best possible result and smoothest operation, we are only able to offer complete styling packages.

We put you in touch with some of the most incredible creative talent Tasmania & Australia has to offer - but the final decisions are ultimately up to you. We respect that your big day is indeed yours, so if you have your heart set on someone specific, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

As a general estimate, you can expect your budget to be:
2-6 guests $15,000-$25,000+
15-30 guests: $25,000-$40,000+
31-60 guests: $40,000-$60,000+
70-100 guests $70,000-$100,000+
70-100 guests, bare-bones/marquee: $80,000-$120,000+
These estimates are general in nature and do not factor in your personal requirements/requests, location/logistical considerations or price increases. We will issue you an exact budget as part of our planning services. -
Absolutely! We love and welcome couples of all orientations and identities.

An elopement is typically just two, but some couples do invite up to 4 guests. If it is just the two of you, we are your one of your witnesses, the second being your photographer.

We work with the best venues across Tasmania, but for aesthetic purposes, restrictive timelines and other reasons, this does not include all of them. Venues listed on our website menu are not the complete list of venues we work with though, so enquire within if you have one in mind.

It is possible, but our team will need to bump out on the night and additional planning needs to be factored in for inclement weather contingencies. Considerations need to be given to wind, bugs and level ground.

There are obviously more logistical challenges to consider which will add to your total costs, and you may be limited with vendors, styling assets and/or facilities.
